BOAT RENTAL MANAGEMENT: HOW DOES IT WORK?

- In accordance with your wishes and budget, we define together the model and equipment of your boat.

- You become the owner of your boat at the best financial conditions

- You benefit from rental income: we offer you a cash flow simulation that takes into account income and expenses.

- Together we draw up a management contract to define the periods of private use and rental periods, as well as the related conditions. The flexibility of our operation allows you a large private use, if you wish.

- We provide you with a berth.

- The entire maintenance is carried out by the Euro-Voiles Group. You are free of any maintenance worries and enjoy your boat as soon as you arrive on board.

- We take care of all the costs related to the rental operation.

- We manage the marketing: advertising, planning management, drafting of rental contracts, systematic cleaning between rentals, controls, inventory, handover...

Boat rental management means owning a boat without any constraints in terms of maintenance, supervision, harbour space,... while covering part of the costs!

Once you have chosen the boat that suits you, the question of financing remains.

There are many ways to buy a boat and especially advantages with the French LOA.

For that you have several solutions:
The LOA (lease with option to buy), which is a leasing operation of a sailboat or a motorboat, with a unilateral promise to sell at the end of the contract. In this case, the lessor buys the boat for you and delivers it to you for a monthly rent. The advantages of leasing to finance your boat are fiscal:
- the VAT is indeed 10% vs. 20%, the administration considering that a leased unit spends part of its time outside EU waters.

ASK FOR LEASING SIMULATIONS

- A personal pleasure boat loan, which allows you to quickly finance your boat as part of a classic financing, as for your vehicle. 

- A company set-up (SARL, SEP...) with marketing of the boat on lease. This allows you to recover the entire VAT.
